PostGin is an AI-powered social media content generator that provides captions, hashtags, and growth tips for social media posts. We offer a free trial plan and paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You must verify your email address before accessing the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use PostGin
• One account per person — multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is prohibited

3. Free Trial

New users receive 15 free content generations as a one-time trial. Free trial credits do not reset and are not transferable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

4. Paid Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle
• Credits reset on your monthly billing date
• Unused credits do not carry over to the next month
• Founder's Plan pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription as long as it remains active
• We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or resell the PostGin service
• Do not use automated scripts or bots to generate content in bulk
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Do not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits

6. Intellectual Property

The content generated by PostGin is yours to use for your social media accounts. Rise And Thrive LLC. retains all rights to the PostGin platform, technology, and branding.

7. Disclaimer

PostGin provides AI-generated content suggestions. We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific social media results. Content should be reviewed before posting.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rise And Thrive LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PostGin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
