1. Free Trial

PostGin offers a free trial with 15 content generations at no cost — no credit card required. We encourage you to try the service before purchasing a paid plan.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with PostGin within the first 7 days simply contact us at hello@risethriveai.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

3. After 7 Days

After the 7-day refund period subscriptions are non-refundable. However you may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at hello@risethriveai.com within 7 days of your first payment
• Include your account email address and reason for requesting a refund
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your PostGin subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period unless within the 7-day refund window.
